What if you had strategy and software in the same place? This is our proposal at BLND.

Our methodology — Build, Connect, Scale — is as direct as it gets. In three productised Sprints, you build your marketing strategy from the ground up, connect everything into one working system by implementing your CRM, and reach your audience with paid media. We come in, set everything up and working, and then leave. Fixed scope, fixed prices, clear handovers.

Since you’re here, let us tell you our story — then you can decide if you’ve come to the right place.

Why Companies Come to Us

In our years working with businesses across Germany and the UK, the pattern repeats itself. Companies know they need a CRM but have no idea how to start. Sometimes the founder is still the marketer. Sometimes there’s a first marketing hire trying to handle strategy, execution, and reporting all at once. Sometimes it’s the classic “we have the tools, but we can’t tell if any of it is actually working.”

If any of that sounds familiar, here’s the reassurance: it’s reversible, and we can help.

Before you go through each Sprint trying to guess which one fits, know that you don’t have to guess — take our quiz or book a deep-dive call, our two diagnostic tools. But to put it directly:

  • No marketing structure yet? You’re likely starting with Foundation.
  • Already have a CRM and a rough idea of what you want it to do, but can’t connect it to the rest? System is your best option.
  • Structure in place, tracking already reliable, ready to advertise? Growth is for you.

Marketing Has Two Audiences — Not One

Most agencies treat B2B and consumer-facing marketing as two separate briefs, handled by two separate teams, often with two separate strategies that don’t talk to each other. That’s a mistake, and it’s the gap where most marketing stops compounding.

In a B2B2C model, there are really two relationships to design for:

  • The partner layer — the business, professional, or channel that decides to represent your product, invest in it, and stay associated with your brand.
  • The consumer layer — the end user actually engaging with the product day to day, whose experience is what turns a first purchase into a renewal or a referral.

Every Sprint at BLND is built with both of these in mind — not as an afterthought, but as the actual structure of the strategy. A CRM that only tracks the partner side, or campaigns that only speak to the consumer side, will always leave value on the table. Connecting the two is the whole point.

Why the Sequence Matters

Foundation, then System, then Growth. Each Sprint builds on the last, and that sequence isn’t a sales funnel — it’s how marketing actually compounds.

A client who completes all three doesn’t end up with three separate projects sitting side by side. They end up with one connected system: a strategy that feeds directly into a CRM, tracking that feeds directly into decisions, and campaigns that run against a model that’s already been validated. Skip a step, and you’re building on a gap — a beautiful ad campaign pointed at an audience nobody defined, or a CRM full of data nobody’s using to make decisions.

This is why we don’t sell Growth to a company without Foundation, and we don’t sell System to a company that hasn’t figured out its audience and channels first. It’s not upselling. It’s sequencing.

Foundation Sprint: Starting With Strategic Clarity

3–4 weeks

Before you build anything, you need to know exactly what you’re building. The Foundation Sprint is where we map your business model, define your audiences — both partner and consumer — and identify the gaps in your current setup.

Across five phases — tracking, positioning, customer journey, channels, and metrics — everything gets consolidated into one operational reference: a marketing blueprint you can hand to your team, share with future hires, or build against directly. The result isn’t a deck that sits in a drive somewhere. It’s the strategic foundation everything else in this process is built on.

What’s included:

Setup & tracking audit Identify gaps before they cost you — GA4, Meta Pixel, and Google Ads included.

Strategy & direction A clear direction aligned with your goals, not a generic template.

Audience & channel clarity Define who you’re targeting — partner and consumer — and exactly where to reach each of them.

MarTech roadmap The tools you actually need to support growth, without overbuilding for a stage you haven’t reached yet.

System Sprint: Implementing Your CRM and Connecting Your Data

6–8 weeks

This is where strategy turns into infrastructure. In the System Sprint, we set up your CRM, automate your workflows, and connect your data into one system that actually talks to itself.

If you already have a CRM in place, this is where we connect the data that isn’t flowing yet and automate what’s still being done manually. If you don’t have one yet, this is where we help you choose between HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, and other options — based on your team, your budget, and how your partner and consumer data need to move through it.

What you get at the end isn’t just “a CRM.” It’s marketing infrastructure that runs consistently: every lead tracked, every contact nurtured on schedule, and full visibility into what’s actually working, for both sides of your B2B2C model.

What’s included:

CRM implementation Identify structural gaps before they cost you deals or data.

Marketing automation Automate emails, segmentation, and lead nurturing — so nothing depends on someone remembering to do it manually.

Lead lifecycle mapping Map and optimise the journey from first touch to conversion, for partner leads and consumer leads alike.

Analytics setup Collect the data that matters and track what’s actually moving the needle.

Growth Sprint: Reaching Your Audience at Scale

4–6 weeks

With strategy defined and systems in place, this is when advertising actually works — instead of throwing budget at an undefined audience, you’re spending against a model that’s already validated. This is the moment to advertise on Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads with a clear read on who you’re reaching and why.

We set up and run your paid channels, test what performs, and hand you a playbook built on real results — not assumptions. The goal isn’t just qualified reach in the short term; it’s scalable acquisition that keeps performing after we leave.

What’s included:

Paid campaigns setup Capture demand with targeted paid campaigns built on your Foundation and System work.

SEO landing pages Drive organic traffic with conversion-focused pages designed to convert both partner and consumer visitors.

Social media strategy Plan and publish content consistently across channels — organic proof supporting what paid media brings in.

Paid campaign management Manage, optimise, and refine targeting, creatives, and budgets continuously, so performance compounds instead of plateauing.

Which Sprint Is Right for You?

Your situation

Recommended Sprint

Timeline

No defined marketing strategy or audience yet

Foundation Sprint

3–4 weeks

You have a CRM (or need one) but data isn’t connected

System Sprint

6–8 weeks

Strategy and tracking are solid, ready to advertise

Growth Sprint

4–6 weeks

Starting from zero and want the full system

All three, in sequence

13–18 weeks

Not sure where you land? Take our quiz or book a deep-dive call — both are built to tell you exactly where to start, not to sell you the most expensive option.

Fixed Scope, Clear Handover

No retainers. No scope creep. No open-ended engagement that quietly expands every quarter.

Each Sprint has a defined scope, a defined timeline, and a handover date you can circle on the calendar before we even start: Foundation in 3–4 weeks, System in 6–8 weeks, Growth in 4–6 weeks. You know what you’re getting, when you’re getting it, and what happens when it’s done — because we tell you before you sign, not after.

Engineered as a System, Not a Project

The output of working with BLND isn’t a set of recommendations you have to figure out how to implement. It’s infrastructure: strategy that feeds directly into a CRM, tracking that feeds directly into decisions, campaigns that run against a model that’s already been built and connected.

What clients keep at the end isn’t a plan sitting in a folder. It’s a system they can operate on their own — one where the partner layer and the consumer layer aren’t two disconnected efforts, but one structure working together.

How We Work

  1. Discovery form. You get a short form with questions about your business — this is how we scope the Sprint accurately from day one.
  2. Access process. You’ll be invited to share the relevant accounts with BLND (analytics, ad platforms, CRM, etc.).
  3. Roadmap delivery. You receive a Roadmap with the detailed scope of your Sprint before work begins.
  4. Weekly updates. Every Friday, you get an update on progress and anything we need from your side.
  5. Final handover. You receive full documentation and access to everything built — yours to keep and operate.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long does a full CRM implementation take? On its own, the System Sprint runs 6–8 weeks. If you’re starting from Foundation and going through all three Sprints in sequence, plan for roughly 13–18 weeks total, depending on scope and how quickly access and approvals move on your side.

Do I need a CRM before running paid ads? Not strictly — but running paid media without a connected CRM means you’re generating leads you can’t properly track, nurture, or attribute. That’s exactly why we sequence System before Growth: the ad spend performs better once there’s a system underneath it.

What’s the difference between HubSpot, Salesforce, and Pipedrive? Each fits a different stage and complexity of business. HubSpot tends to suit teams that want marketing and sales in one platform with an easier learning curve. Salesforce fits larger, more complex operations that need deep customisation. Pipedrive works well for smaller, sales-led teams that want simplicity over breadth. Which one is right depends on your team size, budget, and how your partner and consumer data need to flow — this is exactly what we help you determine in the System Sprint.

How much does a marketing CRM Sprint cost? Each Sprint is fixed-price and fixed-scope, so cost depends on which Sprint (or combination) fits your current stage. Book a deep-dive call for a scoped quote specific to your business.

Can I do just one Sprint, or do I need all three? You can start with just one — most clients begin wherever their current gap is. That said, the Sprints are designed to compound: a client who completes all three ends up with one connected system, not three separate projects.

What happens after the handover? You keep everything: the strategy documentation, the CRM and automations, the campaigns and reporting setup. There’s no dependency on us to keep it running — that’s the point of building it as a system in the first place.
